Iraqi War & The American Economy A Vote For Barack Obama

Iraqi War & The American Economy A Vote For Barack Obama

This was a very, very complex shoot, the people that you saw on here were not easy to access. Its important that we understand this. I thought that no one wanted to talk to us at all. The people that we got were very nice though, they had a lot to say. However, I enjoyed listening to them and actually learning from them. The best part of the interview was the end part. The end part was very important and I like the transition at the end. Its very amazing to see that I can make a transition in that way. I really enjoy the way Tundie edited it, and posted it the way he did.

SHAN INTERVIEWS CYNDE KIMBEOUGH CHAIR OF BMORE BLACK PRIDE

It was very nice to interview her, she was very pleasant and responsive to all the questions that i was very curious about. Being the chairman of Baltimore Black Pride, it was very nice to meto interview her because it gave a different insight into exactly what the community deals with on a daily basis and with that is showed a complex understanding of issues that were being faced with everyday on a regular basis in certain parts of the community. She served as a voice and personally a voice is very imperative when you think about certain characteristics of what is and is not important. I have found that this interview or the topics discussed may not be important, however its important for people to understand what is not important with  them could be a life or death issue to some one else, it just doesn't concern everyone.  And with concern comes understanding and comes a place where we all fall into an abstract understanding of exactly what's going on in and about the community and the different strategies that bring us to that part of our lives.

Shan Interviews K S Rumph of Bmore

Shan Interviews K S Rumph of Bmore

This interview was a pleasure to do because it was a great representation of what Black Pride represented. I was able to gain some insight on what exactly was going on and what was occurring for Gay Pride. It is also wise and important to understand that with these series of interviews they are in our community and our community makes up a vast amount of talented people. I am very pleased to be able to make a difference and bring awareness to the events in Baltimore, and show them in a positive light.

UNCLE TRAVIS CONTINUED POST

( cont. from the 15th of OCT.) It was a very quick, quick interview. I am going to interview him more in depth.. consider it to be a sample. Some things that need immediate improvement was the sound quality. It was horrible, if you watched it you could hear some extremely loud people in the back ground. I thought that it was kind of uncalled for, for certain individuals to be that loud especially since they knew that we were recording. However, I have also found that some people are just very inconsiderate and they just simply don't care about other people and what they are trying to accomplish. But I also found that the smallest sound picks up from almost anywhere. So after the first 3 videos, which were done on the same day we went ahead and changed some things which you will eventually see. If you haven'  t watched the video then please do so you can follow all of the people and events that we do in fact cover. Thanks.. more to come.. -SHAN

FEEDBACK FOR 1ST SHOW FOR SHANTELEVISION

Shan Interviews Travis Winkey of Travis Winkey Model Studio

The first official interview for the show was on October 11, 2008. It was actually distributed and made available on the www.shantelevision.com and You Tube on the 15th of October 2008 We were outside the Eubie Blake Center in Baltimore, Maryland. We had just did a fashion show. I also interviewed some of the people that were in charge of the event. My Uncle, is Travis Winkey and we were able to see him give some insight about how he actually felt about some things/issues that were important in "Our Community."
SHAN IN DEMAND was originally designed as an assignment for a college class. However after getting crucial insight about how a blog actually worked, I decided to go ahead and use this as a way to "BLOG" If that makes any sense.. probably not. Let me explain.. I have a television show, SHAN TELEVISION produced by JUJU FILMS. I will provide insight about before and after we interview. The show is designed to give recognition and to show the positiveness in certain areas it implements the importance of what people are active in. SHAN TELEVISION hopes to deliver to its audience programs, a platform, a voice and entertainment that count. I am looking forward to covering every story, thought, and all the feelings that I have toward the show. It will show my career and what I go through everyday, my thoughts about that.. but most important, it will give you a chance to see another side.. me.. and I am.. SHAN

Stacy Brooks Band Interviewed by Shan Of Juju Films

I enjoyed interviewing Stacy, it was a lot of fun to watch her perform. I was able to learn a lot about Blues and Jazz. I always thought that it was some music that was depressing, in its own way. However after listening to her it showed me that it wasn't. Stacy in her music showed us that thats not all its about and with her singing she had a variety of different styles of songs she sang. We recorded her, (Tundie) and we then interviewed her band. It was a rainy day and honestly, it seemed like it was going to take forever. And it did.. lol they were taking their tine, nothing on them it was just rainy outside and a bit uncomfortable. I then learned how imperative it was to eat something before I venture out and do these interviews. I knew that it was going to get better but what kind of bothered me was when we didnt have the opportunity to record the way I wanted to, I was under a false impression. However the night went by and I again, struggled through the questions, however it was through this interview that I learned how to interview and not talk so much. And thanks to her it was so nice to talk to her and learn how to do that instead of conversing and talk to the audience..or the camera. I am glad that I had the opportunity to learn this instead of learning it at a later time. Although, I learned a lot from this I also knew that it would be important to grasp other understandings. And at the end of the day, I knew that practice makes perfect.

Stacy Brooks Band Interviewed by Shan Of Juju Films

JUST A THOUGHT, A MOMENT

I am hoping that I will be able to go further with my internet techniques and be able to follow it more then I have been all along. Its kind of weird to be placed in a position that I am in. I go to school to be a TV reporter and am happy that i can get the experience that I am looking to get. With that said its very easy to be confused and to focus on another stand point then what we are already.. and have been faced with in so many ways. I am very glad that we can be a part of who we should be and do the things that we inspire to do. Inspiration is very important to me. Thats probably why after looking at the interviews I always try and figure out what inspires me to do something. As well as what are other people inspired to do with the talents that they have.

Shan Interviews - Abja, Mada Nile, Niyorah & Danny-I (Part2)

I honestly enjoyed the interview it was nice to see them perform and the best part was the fact that they came from a different country.
