TODAY is Saturday and it was a rehearsal day in Greenville, NC. We are shooting, rehersal for the movie "Scorn" Its a movie that we will cover.

The story centers around a group of people who go through the rigors of relationships seen through the points of views of all, from the single mother dealing with an abusive ex to a single man dealing with his conniving girlfriend and the married couple who must learn to grow with one another. This is all told through the eyes of a 10 yr old.

EXTRA FEEDBACK.

With insight comes an extreme part of who I am with saying that, the topics we decided to cover were a whole part of what is new in the industry. We are submitting it to Africa, BBC and TV One, where we hope to expose the people in the movie to something diffeent. It will correlate with the projects and the whole concept that Shan Television hopes to aim at and accomplish the the web based TV Show. WWW.SHANTELEVISION.COM

AN INSIGHT INTO FUTURE PRODUCTION

After talking with the producer for the show, we decisded to follow certain stories, these stories we have made details that are going to follow throughout the course of this blog. With that said, its imperative that we find a case in point and also undertand the research that is needed.Due to the fact that I write my own material it comes a point and a time where it is very imperative that this occur correctly. Research to me is somehting that can be seen and actually followed as very very important due to the fact that it is the whole basis of the story. Its basically crunch time with just a little bit of time left to do what we have to do before our deadline, Dec.27,2008. This is because I am moving to California after that and it is going to be a basis of what we will be able to submit.

THE CREATION OF SHAN IN DEMAND VS. SHAN TELEVSION

A RECAP..SHAN IN DEMAND was originally designed as an assignment for a college class. However after getting crucial insight about how a blog actually worked, I decided to go ahead and use this as a way to "BLOG" If that makes any sense.. probably not. Let me explain.. I have a television show, SHAN TELEVISION produced by JUJU FILMS. I will provide insight about before and after we interview. The show is designed to give recognition and to show the positiveness in certain areas it implements the importance of what people are active in. SHAN TELEVISION hopes to deliver to its audience programs, a platform, a voice and entertainment that count. I am looking forward to covering every story, thought, and all the feelings that I have toward the show. It will show my career and what I go through everyday, my thoughts about that.. but most important, it will give you a chance to see another side.. me.. and I am.. SHAN

The last shoot that we did so far has not been posted, however, so far this is my most favorite interview. The reason that I enjoy this interview so much is because it introduced me to being much more interactive in what I was doing with the interviews. Usually what I do is just interview them standing up however this time I wanted to be more interactive and incorporate much more then I already had been doing. This way the viewers could actually grasp a sense of being there, without obviously being there.  

MY BIRTHDAY AND VETERANS DAY

TOday is my birthday, and I happen to be born on Veterans Day and an actual Vetearn. Kinda funny when I look at it.. but its kind of complex I stopped telling my birthday.. and for now it is what is is. When someone asks about my birthday.. I simply explain to them that I dont tell my age..

I also thought about what I was and possibly learn something. The main focus of the show is to show case the talents, however if you can learn something while you are doing it, why not allow that to be possible. I am looking forward to doing a lot of things and being very influenced by what I learned. It was nice to finally have some one be able to sit back and converse with them and learn something form them that I can take with me and apply.

FEEDBACK PART 2

Although, if they are not interested in the topic, it would be kind of difficuly for them to be interested at all in anyway. LOL. However thats just me being me. I check periodically the views that the videos are being watched by. And the numbers are going up not at any certain speed but they are moving. In the mean time, I will just focus on whats important and thats getting to a poing where my skills are much better.

FEEDBACK

Well the intereview was very different. I like these series of intereviews because it shows me in a different light. On this blog you will get an opportunity to see me intereview people in a more interpersonal level. I can appreciate that much more because its different and it allows people to be able to relate better and actually become more interested.

MORE THOUGHTS FOR NOVEMBER

I am very curious as to what will suffice and please otheres and as people should understand, that more people wont like it compared to the select few that will like it. SO I come up with the topic research it and put it into a perspective what will allow me to be as successful as possible with 1) intereviewing the person 2) being able to reach the opportunity to interview them 3) Formulating the material and having a basis of what needs to occur.

SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT THE SHOW PROCESS.

I have been trying to think of some new ideas for the show, with that said I am going to formulate aprocess where I go and attempt to try to locate the best possible ways to do a story that can connect to audience members and issues or topics that people can relate to. However, I thought it would be a little easier then it has shown to be. Obviously a lot of people who would be interested in certain issues in the community wouldnt just up and type in the topic on youtube. Why would they do that.. probably not. the purpose again for Shan Television is to give a broad perspective and actually go into the community and bring awareness and target the issues or lack their of. It serves as a communication tool and for someone who is just merely interested in the concept in itself.

HAPPY NOVEMBER.

Its a new month so I have to think about some more topics, being that its just Tundie and I working it makes it easier then expected. Usually we would have more people however because the show is jjust starting out it important to me to limit the number of people that are making the big decisions. in all actuality its important to understand the process in which it is occuring. I have started to make a flexible schedule that we can use to our advantage.. more ot come.. of course. Happy November!!!
